and heat sink by ourselves due to
our current big quantity, to control
all cost. |

For our production soldering
line, its function is to solder and
tidy the half-finished PCB before
send to assembling line. The stable
performance of PCB is the heart of
UPS. |

After component insertion
to PCB and PCB soldering, the next
procedure is to assemble all parts,
including transformer, UPS case, batteries,
to form the UPS. There are two QC
at the beginning and end of assembling
line to control the quality. The next
step is QA testing before packing.
The production is under very strict
control to make sure the best quality.

transformer, we even make the transformer
by ourselves. All employment hired
has many years' experience on this

Wave-crest-soldering machine
Only few factories own the wave-crest-soldering
machine, which serve as to solder
the PCB again after man-power soldering
in order to harden and shine the
soldering point.
